Quickie update... did 10km just now. Nothing to brag about, I know. But it's been 3 months since I was on my bike, minimum. First came winter, and then re-injuring my back. Today was sunny (+4c) and the roads are pretty clear, so I purposefully set out on a very short ride, just to see how things go. Out to the grocery store, picked up a few things, and then home. No great distance, but the legs and back feel fine, which is great news.
Now to start ramping up the distance.
